Contacting us for a return 14 days after delivery -

 

We hope you love your Anunnaki Jewels jewellery. In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the item back. You will need to send the item back to us at your own risk and cost, unless the item is faulty due to no fault of your own. 

We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. We are also unable to accept returns on rings because each ring is made to order in your specific size. 

Faulty item - 

 

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any faults with your Anunnaki Jewels jewellery. Please contact us at clients@anunnakijewels.com so we may resolve this issue as quickly as possible for you. We will either replace or repair your jewellery at no cost to yourself. We will also reimburse you for sending the jewellery back to us. 

If your item is damaged due to mishandling by the postal services please contact us with photographs of the damage so that we may use this as evidence for our shipment insurance claim.
